You must be registered for the meeting to reserve accommodation at the Westin La Paloma Resort & Spa at the conference rate. You will be emailed a link to reserve your accommodation after completing your registration.
For Post-Doc, Research Scholar and Student trainees, you will be required to submit an official letter signed by your Principal Investigator/Major Advisor confirming your status as a trainee.
